Shoghi's SCMS provides the facility to monitor the traffic passing through submarine optical cables and allows mass monitoring of communication by the government and other law enforcement agencies. It can deliver VoIP, email with attachments, browsed webpages, downloaded/uploaded files, etc. It can decode IP traffic down to the application layer. The system has a data processing module that has been decoded and rebuilt to record, retrieve, process, and archive sessions.
